How fast do you reply?+

We aim to reply within one business day. Production-impacting issues get prioritised — flag them in the subject line.

What information should I include?+

The Stripe invoice number, the Peppost transaction ID (if you have one), the recipient's Peppol identifier, and a description of what you saw versus what you expected. The more specific, the faster we can pinpoint it.

A send failed — was I charged?+

Failures that happen before the document leaves our access point refund the credit automatically. Failures reported by the recipient's access point after delivery do not — you will see the original network error on the dashboard.

I need a DPA, contract, or VAT invoice.+

DPAs and contracts: legal@peppo.st. VAT invoices for credit purchases live on the Credits page next to the matching purchase.

Can I cancel a send?+

Once a document has entered the Peppol network it cannot be recalled. To correct it, issue a Stripe credit note plus a new invoice and send both through Peppost.
